Sludge Dehydration Fabrics Description

Sludge Dehydration Fabrics, also called Press-filter fabrics, is mainly used for sludge dehydration, paper pulp and juice squeeze, mine smelting, mine tailing disposal and other presssure filtration industries.   

The Sludge Dehydration Fabrics have the characteristics of good water permeability, air permeability and non-revealed sludge, acid-resising and alkali-resisting.

Because polyester press-filter fabrics of theris designing structure, the sludge can be peel off easily from the filter cake, so the screen are easily cleaned and have a long working time.

Polyester press-filter fabrics mainly matching with belt type filter press, vacuum rubber belt filter and horizontal vacuum belt filter.

The press filter belt operates as a key part of the belt filter press as it determines the actual output and quality of the filtration process. Our fabrics are made with reasonable weave structures and special yarns for different applications to achieve rapid draining and good filter cake release.

Use special stainless-steel seams, compared to conventional hook seams, blades and sludge distributors can glide over the seam area far more easily, and the special seam is stronger, more durable and possesses better running properties. Furthermore, the risk of damage to the seams is reduced to a minimum, the seam area is closed more tightly and product penetration is reduced.
