1.For planned replacement, lift the couch roll after copying the pulp and stop, clean the surface dust and flying pulp from the top of the paper machine, clean the surrounding of the mesh cage, and do a good job of anti-skid.
2. Remove the vacuum cylinder drive shaft coupling, bearing seat fixing screws, cage drainage pipe screws, and vacuum pipe screws connecting the cage in turn, check whether the screws are removed, clean the track to check for foreign objects, and apply oil for lubrication. Move out of the cage to the middle of the track and wrap the felt.
3. Use the gas cutting gun to adjust the flame until the solder just melts. Slowly remove the solder on both sides of the surface mesh, check the smoothness of the bottom mesh, and replace the bottom mesh if it is damaged. The flatness is intact and no damage. Oxide and solder, use compressed air to blow clean the entire mesh surface, install the meshing tooling on both sides, and require that the tooling gap be uniform and fixed, and wrap the screw heads and tooling pressure plates on the side of the mesh frame to prevent the mesh from being scratched when the mesh is set.
4. Clean the mesh frame, remove the mesh cage, put the mesh cloth on the mesh frame, move the mesh cage to the center point of the mesh frame, and use a jack of more than 25 tons to lift the mesh frame until the vacuum mesh cage is lifted to a suitable position. And protection work, gently cover the mesh on the mesh frame to the cage roll body until it exceeds the mesh drawing tool by about 10 cm, and the jack slowly releases the pressure to lower the mesh cage.
5. Slowly turn the mesh cage to press the mesh into the meshing tooling and tighten the screws. After pressing both sides, tighten the meshing screws with bare hands, loosen the top wire of the fixing tooling, and tighten the screws along the direction of the welding line. Twist 90 degrees, tighten the next screw by hand and then tighten 90 degrees, stop at the welding position, switch to the other side and follow this method until the mesh surface is tightened, usually about 2 to 3 turns to tighten the mesh surface, check the entire mesh If there are no inclusions or unevenness on the surface, if possible, use the back of a smooth wrench to gently press 2 to 3 times. After checking the surface of the mesh, tighten the screws for the mesh, and then tighten the force appropriately at the back. The sound proof has been strained.
6. After careful inspection, use paper tape to plan the soldering position. Before soldering, cover the surface of the paper with paper or old felt to avoid flying tin and paste the net. Generally, the width of the solder is about 2 to 5 cm, and the normal width is 2 cm. It’s good, the solder temperature should be adjusted so that the tin bar can melt quickly. Too high or too low will affect the soldering strength. Try to slow and evenly apply the soldering tin, and apply the flux evenly. The soldering tin position is all wet. Do not directly contact the skin and body organs. If you feel unwell, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention. Do not splash the felt to avoid damage to the felt. After soldering, people should stand firmly when cutting the net and grinding, hold the cutting machine firmly, and check whether there is any virtual welding while cutting. When grinding, grind from the outside to the inside, do not exceed the solder position. After grinding, remove the mesh tooling, and rinse the excess flux at the solder position with water.
